Guilherme Goldberg brings over two decades of experience across real estate development, land development, private equity, and M&A to investors, developers, and construction companies. He currently serves as Director of Asset Management at Insignia in Atlanta, overseeing a 2 million square foot portfolio of Class A office assets and leading ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments.
His prior roles include Director of Land Development at Geosam, where he oversaw master planning for a 1,200-acre, 5,000-plus unit development, and seven years at Vinci Partners in Rio de Janeiro, where he led private equity and real estate investment activity across a combined BRL 650 million in funds — including serving as owner representative on an office tower designed by Richard Meier and Partners.
Guilherme holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from PUC-Rio.
